I understand this struggle deeply because I’ve been there myself. My own challenges with food had little to do with the food itself and everything to do with my stress levels. As a certified Nutrition Coach, I knew I needed to go deeper to understand the root cause of these problems. Since 2010, I've been studying behavior change psychology and trauma-informed coaching, and I became certified as a Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach. Turns out that the key for me (and most of my clients) was approaching nutrition from a more holistic lens--one that I call "Deep Health."

Between-Session Support – Get guidance, accountability, and reflection tools via my KDR Wellness App between calls.

No Strict Timelines – No contracts or commitments. Most clients need to dedicate at least 3 months to see results—many continue for 1-2 years to fully transform their habits.

Graduation is the Goal – My job isn’t to keep you reliant on coaching forever—it’s to give you the tools to succeed on your own.
