Exercise Services

A Refreshing Take on Personal Training

Personalized virtual coaching for women who want to learn how to move with confidence.

You already know exercise is essential for your health. You feel your best when you're active, and you'd prefer to manage your health with diet and lifestyle changes rather than jumping into medications, shots, or surgeries.

But for some reason, it's hard to stick with it long enough to accomplish your goals.

But maybe you’ve struggled with inconsistency, overtraining, or even injuries in the past. You want to build strength, maintain longevity, and move efficiently—but with a busy schedule, you need an approach that’s effective and sustainable without wasting time.

I see you. I know most gyms and programs aren't structured to give you the tools you need to actually get lasting results because I spent years managing those programs and teaching dozens of other trainers how to sell within that model.

The solution: a smarter, more efficient way to train

With my expert coaching, you don’t just get workouts—you get a comprehensive movement education designed to make you feel strong, confident, and resilient for life. As an Exercise Physiologist (B.S. Kinesiology) with over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping women master movement, avoid burnout, and train in a way that enhances their lives.

Every session is virtual, giving you the ultimate flexibility to train from home, a hotel, or anywhere life takes you—without sacrificing quality coaching. My approach is built on science, not fitness fads. It's evidence-based and tested on hundreds of women.

What exactly is an Exercise Physiologist?

An Exercise Physiologist is a health professional with expertise in how the body moves and functions. Unlike personal trainers, exercise physiologists have advanced education in biomechanics, physiology, and rehabilitation, allowing them to design targeted exercise programs for both healthy individuals and those with medical conditions

What if you could move well for the rest of your life?

Gatekeeping is old news. Here's exactly how I get my clients success:

Phase 1:

Master breathing mechanics and core function. These moves are the foundation of all other movements. When they're dysfunctional, the rest of the body will have dysfunction. Without mastery of these moves, we cannot regulate our nervous systems. Every single client starts here first.

Phase 2:

There are about 7 fundamental movement patterns that all bodies need in order to operate in the world with efficiency and strength. I'll asses these patterns to identify strengths and areas for growth, and design a personalized program tailored to your body and goals.

Phase 3:

Once clients can move in those 7 fundamental patterns with confidence, we progress strategically to build strength, endurance, and longevity—without burnout. Want to run a race? Let's do it! Need to lift heavy to build bone density? I've got you. Want to build a booty, get your first pull-up, or sit comfortably in a split? Now you can safely do the advanced exercises required to accomplish these goals.

Stop guessing and start training with confidence
