This 45-minute gentle workout will teach you the 2 secrets to strengthening your abs and pelvic floor after having a baby! Whether your baby is 6 weeks old or 30 years old, it’s never too late to improve and strengthen your core.

About the event
Take this moment to dedicate time to repairing and strengthening your core and pelvic floor! No matter how far along you are in your postpartum journey, these exercises will help to strengthen the muscles that helped you create life. Participants will learn how to perform a self-check for diastasis recti and the two secrets to strengthening your abs & pelvic floor after pregnancy.
This is a virtual event, so you can take this class in the comfort of your own home! No equipment is required, but the following tools may improve your workout:
- yoga mat
- long towel (long enough to wrap around your torso)
- yoga blocks or a small pilates ball
- mini-bands (in a loop or able to be tied)
