Each week, we’ll give you a bite-sized bit of basic nutrition education. This helps you understand some basic concepts to sift through the noise. It’s the kind of stuff we all wish we were taught in school. Next, you’ll learn how to listen to and create space for your intuition. In each unit, as we learn and explore more, you’ll practice using your intuition to start noticing how food feels, why you’re eating, and what works best for you. But that’s not all. You’ll get workouts, recipes, and personalized coaching along the way!
